Talk to usIs the free listing really free?
Yes. You only pay if you choose Featured yourself. Your free listing includes a business page, map location, contact links, a photo and a description.
How do I claim my business?
Search for your business above. If it is listed, choose Claim this listing. Prove ownership using a link sent to an email address at your business website’s domain, or by putting a short code on your website. One method is enough.
How does Featured placement work?
Featured spots are first come, first served. Each town or category list has 3 spots at the top, 4 when it has 10 or more businesses, and 5 when it has 50 or more. Featured listings fill them in the order they joined and are labelled as paid placements. You keep your place for as long as you stay Featured. If every spot is taken, you still get every other Featured extra and move up as soon as a spot frees.
Can I cancel Featured?
Yes, through the billing link in your account. Your listing returns to the free plan when the paid feature ends. Your saved photos and text are kept, while your Featured spot and paid features end and your spot passes to the next in line. If you rejoin later, you start at the back of the queue.
