Spit Beach is a sandy beach on the Cornish coast, close to Fowey.

This is one of Cornwall's quieter spots with few or no facilities on site. Bring what you need for the day, and take litter home.

A first visit works well with time on the sand, then Fowey for food, a walk, or the next cove along the coast.
