About Holywell Bay Golf

Holywell Bay Golf is a pitch and putt and mini golf venue above Holywell Bay beach, near Cubert on the north coast south of Newquay. The main course is an 18 hole par 3 pitch and putt layout overlooking the National Trust protected bay, with the 17th hole set on the cliff edge, and there is also a brand new 16 hole mini golf course. No booking, handicap or dress code is needed, so it suits beginners, families with children and more experienced golfers looking for a casual round. Clubs, trolleys and other equipment can be hired from the golf shop, which also sells equipment and branded goods. Woody's Bar and Restaurant overlooks Gull Rocks and the Atlantic and serves food from May to September. The courses are open daily. From September 2026 the golf shop and Woody's are being redeveloped over the winter, ready to reopen in spring 2027, with the shop moving to a temporary unit while the courses stay open as normal. It pairs easily with a day on Holywell Bay beach.
