The Waterfront is a family friendly bar, grill and restaurant on Beach Road in Polzeath, right beside the beach and looking straight out over the surf. Food is served all day from breakfast onwards using Cornish produce, with separate breakfast, seasonal and Sunday menus, feasting platters for groups, and a Thai takeover every Thursday evening. It opens from 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 8.30pm on Friday and Saturday and 9am to 8pm on Sunday, with last food orders before closing, though hours can change without notice so booking or phoning ahead is advised. A click and collect takeaway runs daily from midday through the website or app, handy for eating on the beach. Dogs are welcome. Tables can be booked online, and the venue hosts events, private functions, weddings and Christmas parties. It suits surfers and beach families through the day, and groups wanting a casual evening meal with a sea view.
