About Ferdi’s Indoor Play

Ferdi's Indoor Play is a children's indoor play centre on Clodgey Lane in Helston, on the site of the former Flambards theme park. Flambards closed in November 2024, but Ferdi's stayed open. The main play area has slides, a cannon park, ball swamps, an assault course, rope walkways and a mini climbing wall. Younger children have their own Toddler Zone for ages two and under, with a soft play horse carousel, rocking horses and giant puzzles, while Mini Street offers pretend play with an animal hospital, a supermarket, a kids' café and a reading corner. A café serves hot and cold meals and drinks, with free WiFi, and the upstairs party rooms are reached by a lift. It is a useful rainy day option for families staying around Helston, Porthleven and the Lizard. In term time it opens Wednesday to Sunday, with longer hours at weekends, and last admission is one hour before closing. Adults pay a small entry charge as well as children, and babies under one go free. The car park entrance is next to Sainsbury's.
