About The Digey Apartment

21 The Digey is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the Downalong quarter of St Ives, the oldest part of town where the lanes run between the harbour and Porthmeor Beach. The Digey itself is a short cobbled street leading off Fore Street towards Porthmeor and the Tate St Ives, so the harbour, the shops and cafes of Fore Street, and the surf beach are all within a couple of minutes on foot. The cottage has been recently renovated and is let as a self catering holiday home by its owners, with availability and pricing handled through their Airbnb listing and enquiries taken directly by phone or email. Like most of Downalong, the street is not suitable for parking, so visitors normally use the town car parks or arrive by train on the St Ives branch line. Bedroom numbers and other details are not published on the website, so ask the owners when enquiring.
