About The Farmers Arms

The Farmers Arms is a St Austell Brewery pub in the village of St Merryn, on the B3276 Harlyn Road about three miles west of Padstow and roughly a mile from the sand at Harlyn Bay. The building is around 250 years old and was made by knocking three cottages together, and there is a real fire in winter. St Austell Tribute is the regular ale with a changing guest beer alongside it, and food is served at lunchtime and in the evening. Outside there is a garden and a car park. The pub also offers accommodation and has a camping field, which makes it a useful base for the string of beaches along this coast, from Harlyn and Trevone round to Constantine and Treyarnon. It opens from 11am until midnight every day, and buses 556 and 557 stop close by. Phone the number on this listing.
