About Towan Beach

A sheltered sandy cove right in the heart of Newquay, accessible via steps. Ideal for families and a relaxed dip, with the iconic Island House perched above.

Getting there

Towan Beach is reached from the coast near Newquay. Head for the village and follow the signs or the coast path down to the shore — many Cornish coves involve a short walk from the nearest parking.
